At Volvo Group in Poland, we undertake a lot of activities to support our employees in the field of physical and mental health. We believe that in today’s difficult times, caring for each other is fundamental to building a culture of health and safety.
Our ActiveCare culture is based on 3 components:
Taking care of myself – having knowledge about H&S rules, being good example for the others;
